 Roger has lead senior teams in industry sectors ranging across finance, professional services, energy, telecommunications, hospitality, healthcare, construction, property development and manufacturing. 

Roger is director of Corporate Heart International, a boutique consultancy based in Sydney, Australia and is also available as an external consultant through McKinsey & Co worldwide.
